Volunteering
Every gym family will be expected to help set up, take down, and work at least TWO sessions. If you cannot be here because of a prior obligation please find a representative for your family sign up for volunteering. Please follow this link to sign up. There will be a volunteer sign in at the admissions table. Please sign in. If you do not volunteer or do not sign in, there will be a $50 charge added to your account.

Meet Buy in
Due to not having a booster club, we are collecting a $25 buy in to fill our concession stand. That will be ran on Oct 4.

If your gymnast’s name is not listed for the AAU portion of the meet, please fill out this form. If the form is not filled out, your gymnast will NOT be entered to compete on Sunday.

Our last home meet of the year is a little less than a month away. The Wildcard Royale will be October 12-13th at Wildcard Gymnastics.  The plan is for everyone to compete USAG. For levels 2-4 this was already included in your meet fees and your child is already signed up. 

Your gymnast has the option of competing twice that weekend by competing in the AAU portion. The AAU portion is  fun and your gymnast can earn up to five medals at that time, plus it will qualify you for AAU State, Regionals and Nationals. The additional cost would be $45. Whether you want your child to compete the AAU portion or not, please fill out THIS FORM. Please let us know by 9/30.  Optionals (Level 6-9) please pay $65 for the two meets at the front desk.  All gymnasts will be entered in the USAG portion unless otherwise notified.  No refunds will be given. 

Meet Buy In
Since Wildcard does not have a booster club we rely on our team to help us fill our concession stand. To do this we collect a $25 meet buy-in whenever we have big home meets. You can come into the gym to pay this meet buy in on your own or we will run it on October 4th.

Volunteer

If your family does not volunteer there will be a $50 opt-out charge added to your account. The volunteer schedule will come out in a few weeks when we have an idea of what the sessions will look like.

Meet fees are $1100. They can be paid in 4 installments $275. The meet fees will come out on the 24th of September, October, November and December.  (Sorry for late notice, thought this had been posted earlier!)

On October 19th AMKM will be hosting a Fall meet at their new facility in Sparta. We would love to show up with a group to support them! The deadline for us to register the team is THIS THURSDAY so we need a response from you immediately.

This will be an AAU meet. Because of this we have added $25 to the registration fee as everyones memberships have expired. (This will save you a little money later at our home meet.)

The meet will be hosted in SPARTA on SATURDAY, OCTOBER 19TH, 2019. The total cost for your child to compete will be $115.  This meet is for levels 2-8. Please fill out this form by Thursday.  Just to be clear if you do not fill this out by Thursday there are not late add-on’s and we will not be chasing anyone down.
