Meet week: Practices will remain the same for Monday-Thursday (4:30-7:30).

Friday will be 4:30-7:00 p.m. – Older gymnasts should stay to help with set up.
(NO OPEN GYM!)

We will begin setting up some on Wednesday (if you are available to do some little organization: Concessions area, kitchen, etc) and the major moving on Thursday night at 7:30 p.m.  Optional gymnasts and Level 4s should stay to help and parents we would greatly appreciate your help so we can lift the heavy (Tumble Trak, etc).  Friday will be the chairs and finishing touches.  Please plan to stay until at least 8:30 p.m.  Parents should arrive at 7:00 to help!!  We’d love to be able to leave the gym before 9:30 p.m.!!!

ALL Level 4s should plan to help with the Optional session and Optionals are expected to help during the Compulsory session.  If you are still interested in joining the AAU session Sunday the cost is $45 – let Stacy know ASAP.

If you are staying to watch your kids practice, stop in at the front desk to see if there’s anything you can help with.
