Tosa Parade Parade starts at 9:00 a.m.  Gymnasts need to be lined up by 8:30 a.m.  Our Unit Number is Unit 89 in Area  C.  The parade runs from Mayfair Mall to 80th Street.  Please plan to carpool from the back parking lot at Longfellow Middle School at 8:10 a.m.  We will leave promptly at 8:15 a.m. If you are going to meet us at Mayfair, please enter off HWY 100 via Burleigh. Pick up your gymnasts at the end of the parade at the back entrance to the Longfellow Parking lot.  Please bring a large disposible water bottle that will be shared.

We will need about 6 parents to walk in the parade.  Any parents walking in the parade MUST wear a Wildcard Shirt.  4th of July shirts are available for $15.00.  Please purchase prior to the parade.  We can also use a couple of wagons for water bottles and people to help pull the wagons.  We would definitely like to limit the number of adults in the parade, so that it doesn’t detract from the gymnasts. Jr Gold Bugs may have 1 parent walk along (unless otherwise cleared with staff).

Gymnasts should wear comfortable tennis shoes and socks.  Please try to bring some stretchy “magic” gloves (the winter ones).  I have some, but not a lot!  If you have extras, bring some to share.  Gymnasts will wear them for cartwheeling, etc

Please pick up your gymnasts promptly and arrange a way for you to pick up your vehicule if it is parked at Mayfair.

There is a camera and judging station near Sendiks.  Please encourage your gymnast to keep moving!  And Smile!
