• Each athlete will need a signed waiver. These are being sent home with your gymnast this week. Please get them back to us ASAP.
• Due to the size of the venue, they will not be limiting the amount of spectators per athlete. Adults $10, Children 12 and under $5. Masks are required for all spectators. Please space yourselves appropriately distanced from those who do not live in your household.
• Athletes should bring their own water. Coaches will provide chalk. Athletes will be required to wear masks throughout the event EXCEPT during each athlete’s competitive turn. Coaches may require athletes to wear masks throughout the entire meet.
• Please wait in your vehicles until your “Doors Open” time.
• There will be an awards ceremony following each session.

• Happy Easter everyone!!! With the new levels being in affect on 4/1 that does include a change in tuition to move the levels. All gymnasts that moved to a new level saw an increase to the next level. Gymnasts with split levels – the anticipation is you will be competing the higher level (ex. if you are listed as a 4/5 the goal is that you will be competing 5 or moving up very soon to that level). If you have questions, please see Ben or Amy.

• We are planning to attend a Dual Meet with Infinite on Sunday, 4/18 starting at 10:00 a.m. (Arrive 9:45 a.m.). This is for those Level 2-5s that competed this past season. Please let Amy know by Thursday if you plan to have your child attend. Cost is $60.

• We are welcoming our New FAST TRACK group on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If you see a new face (parent or gymnast) say hello! We are excited to have a new group training for the Fall/Winter Competition Season.

• Independence Day Apparel – Since we will hopefully be participating in 3 Independence Day parades (West Allis, 7/2 p.m.; Brookfield 7/3 and Tosa 7/5) – we have decided to order Tanks and Short sets for the girls and T-shirts for the Boys. All Gold Bug, Fast Track and Levels 2-10 should plan to participate! It’s lots of fun! The Tank/Short sets will come with a matching mask and bow for $50. The boys’ t-shirts will be $20 with a mask. (Boys can wear any other black shorts). We will have more info on the parades as it comes out – for similar info – check the blog for past years. (There will be no Team Practice 7/2, 7/3, 7/4 or 7/5!)

Meet Protocol:

• Following the guidelines of the CDC and LaCrosse County Health authorities, and the most up to date measures will be taken for a safe environment for all who attend.
• No Spectator limit due to the size of the facility and the smaller sessions.
• Face Masks are required and will be followed as per guidelines for the LaCrosse County and facility. Those that do not follow policies will be asked to leave.
• DO NOT attend if you are experiencing signs of Covid-19.
• The Gym and spectator areas will be disinfected between sessions. For this reason, no spectators will be allowed in the seating area between sessions. (Wrist bands will be given at admissions so you can exit and re-enter).
