Wildcard Gymnastics Team News

1. Camps – Summer camps (recreational) and Team in Between Camps are now available for registration. Summer Camps are for recreational gymnasts ages 4 and up. There are themes for each camp. Campers will participate in gymnastics instruction, crafts, games and other activities. Cost is $310 per session.

Team in Between Camps – team kids can stay in between practices on Tuesday and Thursday and participate in camp activities (select weeks), crafts, water games and open gym. There is a daily, monthly and ENTIRE summer option. Please register online for these camps. June is only $75! Campers must bring their own lunch and snack.

2. Looking for coaches!! We need some new members to join our staff – particularly coaching recreational classes and preschool. Please talk to Amy if you are interested or know anyone who is!!!

Sorry for the late notice but we are canceling team practice tonight. There will still be open gym from 8:30-10 pm. Or get an extra workout on Saturday from 6:30-8:30 pm (Saturday Open Gym). Enjoy your night off!!!

Keep in mind that the groups can change/combine based on number gymnasts/coaches and if the gymnasts are progressing quickly with new skills. The groups are currently based on the gymnasts’ skills and presentation. If you are concerned about your gymnasts’ level, please talk with Amy. Please note that new level tuition will be applicable in March. Compulsory Meet fees will be determined soon – installments payable in June/July/August. Spring Schedule starts March 1st. Summer Schedule tentatively June 13th.

ONLY OPTIONALS COMPETING THIS WEEKEND AT LAKE GENEVA HAVE PRACTICE. Practice will be 4-6pm

Do not forget, Friday, January 28 is the make-up holiday party. Have your athlete bring a gift for the exchange (age groups are 5-7, 8-10, and 11-13). Additionally, please bring some kind of treat to share. We do have some food allergies in the group so if we could avoid common allergens or call them out specifically when sending in, we would appreciate it (please especially avoid/call out peanuts and tree nuts).
