Wildcard Gymnastics Team News

Monthly tuition was unable to be processed this week due to issues with our new credit card processor. 

Parents will need to re-enter credit card info to their family accounts via the studio director online system.  This can be accessed through our main website:

Please use your email and password that was entered when creating your account to log in. If you need your password reset or don’t know your login please contact us via email or in person.

1.  Click “Edit Payment Information”
2.  Enter your credit card information and submit.
3.  Please make a payment for May tuition and any other outstanding charges ASAP.
4. Anyone without payments or updated info will be contacted by Wednesday May 18th.

As usual monthly tuition has posted to accounts on the first.  Thank you for working with us as we continue to move forward.  This month we have switched our merchant account to Vantiv, one of the largest and most secure merchant carriers.  The process is now complete.  Tuition will continue to post on the first and be processed  on the 10th of each month.  Please review your accounts monthly to verify that your tuition and other charges are being paid on time.

Due to the limited amount of gymnasts attending practice on Thursday May 12th, Xcel Bronze should attend practice with the Fast Track Purple group from 4:30-6:30pm.  Xcel Bronze’s normal practice time will not run.

Again, Thursday, May 12th, Xcel Bronze will practice with Fast Track Purple from 4:30-6:30pm.

Practice will resume as normal on Tuesday, May 17th.

Boys team will continue practicing at the same time Monday and Thursday from 4:30 – 6:30.  As of June 13th, Mondays will become a 2.5 hour practice and extra days will be offered.

Boys will have the option to come in Tuesdays 5:30-7:30 and Saturdays 10am-1pm if desired to get extra time working out or to make-up any absences.

Boys Team members should continue to due their best to make it to the assigned Monday and Thursday practice times.  Let Coach Ben know if you have scheduled absences at least 1 week in advance.

The boys are really excited about getting their skills together.  Ask them about there biggest challenges and how they will tackle them.  Lets have a great summer working out and having fun doing gymnastics!!

If you have selected to have the card on file charged for the leotard order, that will take place later this evening.  If you have provided a different credit card to pay for the leotards, that will also take place this evening.  If you have provided a check, it will be deposited no later than Friday.

If there are any questions or concerns regarding this, please let us know.

If you have not placed your leotard order, please be sure to do so by end of night tonight.  Late orders will have an additional $50 processing fee.

We are planning to start the summer schedule and morning practices the week of June 13th.  We may have to make a few modifications because of a couple coaches that will be out of town and our travel to AAU Nationals.  Reminder:  Gold Bugs follow the Recreational class schedule.

There have been many questions regarding AAU Nationals in Disney, however there have not been many confirmations from those families.  The deadline regarding AAU Nationals in Disney is Thursday, May 5th. This is a hard deadline, as we have a hard deadline to meet.  Please stop at the front desk if you plan on participating.  Anyone who has participated in the Rainbow and Love’s Park meet has qualified to attend.  If you have not participated in either and would like to still attend, please stop at the front desk so that we can tell you how you can still go.

Please remember that travel and accommodations are the responsibility of the family. Below is information on accommodations that one family has found.

The Disney Caribbean Beach Resort. There are several things to do on the resort which is great if you want to do the trip on a budget and skip parks. Please copy and paste the address in your browser. https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/resorts/caribbean-beach-resort

The rate when booking through the Walt Disney World Group line is $121/night + 12.5% tax. To book it you need to pay for 1 night stay + tax of the one night stay. To cancel or change your reservation you need to do it within five days of the start of your trip.

To make it as easy as possible mention that you are coming for the
“2016 AAU Gymnastics Age Group Nationals” and you are with “Wildcard Gymnastics Team”. They will group our rooms close by.

You will receive an email with your confirmation number. You can use this number and link it to “Disney My Experience” on the Disney world website. It takes up to two days for the booking to hit their main system so you will have to wait up to two days to add your reservation to ‘my experience’. (My experience allows you to customize your magic band – which is a bracelet you will use to get in your room or any parks in place of a card – comes free with resort stay. It will also allow you to reserve any sit down dinners at the disney resorts.

If you are flying in you can reserve a free magical shuttle ride from the airport (Orlando International Only) to your resort. You can also use the Disney transportation to get around any where on Disney grounds.

There are many other affordable options.  The above is one that one family wanted to share.

Only gymnasts that are competing at Central Districts will work out on Friday, 4/29 from 4:30-7:30 p.m.  Open Gym will be held that Friday night if gymnasts want to come back at 8:30 p.m.  Everyone else enjoy the night off.
