Dear Wildcard Gymnasts and Families,

As many of your know, Dianna is leaving us at the end of the month. She’s moving to Arkansas to be closer to her dad.

As a going away gift from the girls, we’d like to put together a book of memories from the girls. We ask each girl to write a note and/or draw a picture to put in the book. Wildcard will purchase a “blank book,” one of the hardcover ones with a plain white cover and blank pages. Each note or picture will be glued into the book and we’ll put a Wildcard Gymnastics logo on the front. The pages of the book are about 8 ½ by 11, so a standard piece of paper will have to be trimmed just a little to fit inside. (Keep that in mind as you are writing or drawing.) There are some idea starter pages available at the front desk, if you need one.

Tonight the Level 3’s will have practice until 7:30pm.  Level 2’s and 4’s will keep their normal practice schedule (2’s until 7:30pm and 4’s until 8:30).  Although their is Open Gym this evening, Level 2’s and 3’s are strongly suggested to not attend.  Please be sure that your gymnast is well rested for tomorrow’s meet.

It has been a Wildcard tradition to wear purple the night before a meet to practice.  If able, please be sure to wear a purple leotard (NOT your long sleeve competition leotard) to practice tonight.

The spirit of the gnome has precedents in numerous ancient and medieval mythologies, often guarding mines and precious underground treasures.  The “Wildcard Gnome” has been appointed to watch over the Wildcard Family.  He will bring good luck and good fortune to all those who come to Wildcard and work hard to unlock their hidden talents as they strive to do their best each day.

PLEASE  HELP!!

Currently our gnome is nameless.  Help us pick a name that will bring out our gnome’s full potential.  Once given a proper name our gnome’s full power will be unlocked.

To suggest a name for the gnome simply go to the front desk and write your name and your suggestion down on a slip and place it in the suggestion box.  Entries should be placed in the box by MONDAY SEPTEMBER 19th.

Suggestions will be recorded and a final vote will be taken within a week of the deadline.

Good luck and happy gnome naming!!

September Meet Fees will be processed on September 20th.

The next 3 fees will be processed on Oct. 1st, Nov. 1st, and Dec. 1st.

Please review accounts monthly to make sure charges are being covered.

Accounts should be current so that gymnasts can be registered for meets.

Questions, Comments or Concerns please email Mr. Ben : ben@wildcard-gymnastics.com

Thank you for supporting the Wildcard Team,

Good Luck to all our gymnasts as we move into competition season,

Mr. Ben

During the month of September Wildcard will need a handful of volunteers to help improve our facility.  Most of the work will be painting done in the front entry area.  We have other tasks such as cleaning windows, organizing storage, and other tasks to prep for our meet in October.  Volunteers can offer mornings, afternoons, and evenings.  We can work around your availability.

Thank you to all our parents that help make Wildcard a great place for our children to learn as they grow up together!!

Please email Mr. Ben if you are interested: ben@wildcard-gymnastics.com

Welcome to Team ppt

Hello T&T Families,

We are very excited to be on our way to a new season!  In order to get our flippin’ gymnasts (see what I did there) prepared for success, we are going to have our first M&M open gym outting Saturday, September 10th, 6-8pm.  We will not have an outting on September 17th (I will be in Racine for a meet).  I of course will let you know when we will have more outtings. The address to M&M Gymnastics is 16760 W Victor Rd, New Berlin, WI 53151.  Hope to see you guys there.

Many of the girls may have outgrown their trampoline shoes.  GK has shoes on clearance (the shoe will be discontinue).  They are light weight and have a suede sole.  There are still quite a bit of sizes let for a good price ($14.99). Here is the link to the shoe. Gk suede sole shoes.

Otherwise, your choice of shoe is still okay.  Please consider a rubber sole shoe. A rubber sole shoe helps grip the trampoline much better.  GK also has these shoes. They are a little pricier but they are also lightweight and washable. You can find the link for those shoe here.

Again, your choice of shoe and brand is up to you.  No need to break the bank or go out and get them now.  (I would have them by Nov. 1st) As always families, contact me with questions.  rhearobi76@gmail.com or rhea@wildcard-gymnastics.com
