Starting 8/10 – we will return to evening practices only. There will be 12-2 p.m. Open Gym on Friday 8/14 (and practice from 4:30-7:30 p.m.) Friday Evening open gyms will return 8/21? (I think.) Below is the Team schedule. If you need to miss a day of practice, please let us know but definitely plan to make up on one of the other days!! As we are getting closer to our first meet, please bring your gymnast to as many practices as possible to get her caught up! Now is also the time to schedule private lessons. Many of our coaches either head back to school or college! Don’t wait until the last minute!

** All offer AAU and USAG. Optionals should plan for both AAU and USAG in the same weekend and pick 4 meets. Prices will be $200 per USAG meet and $150 per AAU meet. I’d love to get a group going to Destin!!! * highly recommended!
