State Meet Updates

We are almost finished with the final qualifying meet of the season and that means all clubs have their entries due tomorrow at the latest. Our current number of athletes is sitting right around 775, and  – believe it or not – that is down in numbers from last year. With the wrap up of the compulsory qualifying season, however, we could get a ton more entries! That means certain things need to be kept in mind as we charge forward toward the actual meet day.

-We need crock pots, power strips, and extension cords! Please donate or offer to cook and transport certain concessions items that need to be kept hot during the day. Label all your items with your name on a tape label so it can be returned accurately. Food is provided to you. We just need it cooked and temperature maintained!

-Sign-up Genius volunteer schedule is an estimated timeline. Those exact time slots could fluctuate a bit.

-You all will receive a final schedule Tuesday……at the same time every other club in the state receives the final schedule.

-There are plenty of volunteer spots open. Please fill them with someone to represent your family. If we have open spots and families that have yet to participate, following the release of the official schedule Tuesday, I will have to go through and assign those spots.

-In case you forgot, the Concessions/ Hospitality buy-in will be running this week if it is not paid.

-There are many tasks to assist with if you want to help out even more. Just ask/ email Julia with any questions, concerns, or comments.

Thanks for all of your support while we undertake this big event!
