Wildcard Gymnastics Team News

If your gymnast participated in any of the following please read (these were extras).

Carousel Plover ($75), Rainbow Medford ($75), AMKM Rockland ($75), Wildcard ($50)

Extra Fees for the above meets will run on May 10th and May 24th.  Gymnasts that participated in one meet will be charged on the 10th with tuition.  Gymnasts registered for 2 meets will be charged separately on the 10th and the 24th.  Anyone that competed in 3 meets, the charges will be split in half and run on the 10th and 24th.

All fees should be paid on time in order for gymnasts to compete in future events.

There is still time to sign up for Badger State Games. If you had trouble with the link to the google form, please try again. Access to the google form has been fixed.

Badger State Games will be held Saturday, June 17th in Weston, WI (outside of Wausau). This is open to Levels 2 through Xcel and we encourage all of our gymnasts to attend. The meet fee is $75. This is a great meet to build confidence and keep your competition skills sharp. Please be sure to let us know either way if you plan on attending or not by filling out this google form only. The deadline to register for the meet is Saturday, May 6th. No late entries will be allowed.

Yay! Wisconsin apparel is here! If you have ordered Wisconsin apparel you may pay and pick it up this week.  If you are competing this weekend please be sure to wear your Wisconsin state leotards (new or old) this weekend for Regionals. If you do not have a Wisconsin leo, please wear your purple short sleeve leo. Whether it’s the Wisconsin leotard or purple short sleeve, wear a red, black, silver and/or white bow to represent Wisconsin!

Due to AAU Regionals, there will be no practice Friday, May 5th and Saturday, May 6th. Only those that are competing this weekend may come to practice on Thursday, May 4th from 4:30-6:30 (Optionals until 4:30-7:30). Competing Optionals should come on Wednesday, May 3rd from 4:30-7:30.  Open gym returns Friday, May 3rd so we strongly encourage attending. Good luck to all of our participating gymnasts at Regionals!

We will be holding a parent meeting for the Fast Track parents on Thursday, May 4th at 6:30pm. The girls will practice while we meet and share important information and answer your questions.

Practice on Friday, April 28 will go on as normal. Those level 2’s who are leaving for LaCrosse for AAU State Friday evening may come to practice Thursday 4:30-6:30.

Many of you have had questions on whether or not you have been entered in to AAU Nationals, in Kingsport, TN  Here is the list that I currently have of the people who ARE going according to how you signed up.  All communication regarding this meet should go through Rhea. If there is an error, you need to email Rhea at rhea’s email immediately! If you haven’t registered for this meet and still want to get in, you must email Rhea at rhea@wildcard-gymnastics.com asap. All inquiries, changes, adds, and so on, must be done by end of day April 29th.

We are hoping to get all these girls in a team picture tonight at practice. Please have the girls wear their short sleeve exhibition leotard or any purple leotard to practice this evening. Be sure to pull their hair tightly out of their face so that they can be seen.
