Hotel: Many families are choosing to stay at Holiday Inn in Marshfield. They have a little indoor waterpark.

Hello Parents,

Please make sure that you have purchased your gymnast a ticket along with your order.  Everyone entering the arena, including the gymnast must have a ticket.  If you still need to get your gymnast a ticket you have until Monday, January 14th.  You can stop by the front desk or call to ask for an additional ticket to be added to your existing order.  We can charge your account.

Fireflies is a day camp program that runs Monday-Friday from 9-12 noon.  Wildcard will offer a one day free trial on a Monday or Thursday to anyone who would like to try the program out.  To reserve a free trail day please stop in, email ben@wildcard-gymnastics.com, or call (262) 923-7418.

Free trial conditions: One pass per child. 24 hour notice is necessary.  Offer expires 3/31/19. Register online at http://www.wildcard-gymnastics.com

Fireflies important details and bonus:

• Daily cost $35
• Purchase a week and save $25:Weekly cost $175 (5 day package)
• Purchase a month and save $300: Monthly cost $400 (20 day package)

Purchase conditions: Days may be used randomly and do not have to be used consecutively.  You will have until May 31, 2019  to use all days purchased.  No refunds will be given for days purchased and not used.

Referral bonus: Referral bonus applies to the Fireflies Day Camp with the purchase of a week or more. So get out and spread the word.  Remember the incentive includes a $25 credit to both the new registrant and the current account holder.  Please ensure that your referral notifies the front desk at time of purchase.

Wildcard Parents,

We have a deal for you!  Our new referral program will save both you and new parents money.  If you refer someone and they sign up for an 8 week session or purchase at least a week worth of Fireflies day camp hours, you will receive a $25 credit on your account and so will they.  That’s a total of $50 between the both of you.  Make sure your referral notifies the front desk of your name at the time of registration or in attendance to their first class.  Also note, there is no referral limit, so get out there and notify all your friends and family.

Saturday, January 19th Wildcard Gymnastics Team will perform during half time at the UWM Panther Arena.  Girl gymnasts levels 2 thru optionals will wear their long sleeve competition leotard.  If you are a level 2 thru optional and do not have a competition leotard you may purchase one from the pro shop for $100.  Gold Bugs II will wear the short sleeve exhibition leotard.  The exhibition leotard sells for $45, but for this event Gold Bugs II parents will receive a $10 discount if purchased before the performance.  Boys will wear their boys’ Singlets and apparel to show their Wildcard Pride!

Any gymnasts planning to compete the AAU season as a Level 4 – should be at the routine clinic on Saturday, 1/12/19 from 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. (particularly gymnasts planning to compete at Hub City).

REMINDER:
DEADLINE TO SIGNUP AND BUY TICKETS IS 1/11/19 (FRIDAY)!

DETAILS:
Game time 6pm.
Gymnasts arrive 5pm.
Report to will-call for tickets that have been ordered.
Gymnastics directed to warm up/dance room drop off; families/friends find their seats.

Gymnasts will move to the warm up/dance room at the prior to the 4 minute mark; at the 4 minute mark the team will be ushered down to the court.

Wildcard Gymnastics will be performing at halftime of the UWM Panther Men’s Basketball game on Saturday, 1/19/19 at 6pm.  The game/performance will be at the UW Milwaukee Panther Arena, 400 W. Kilbourn Ave, Milwaukee, WI.  The cost is $5 for individuals attending and performing   Please save the date.  This is a great opportunity to get the team girls out into public and show people what we do.

Please sign up at the front desk to place your order for tickets and make your payment.  We would like that ALL Girls and Boys Team gymnasts participate.  We will start working on the routine over Christmas Break.  We will plan to wear our Team Leotards /Boys’ Singlets and apparel to show our Wildcard Pride!

Hi all!  I am getting ready to register our kids for the 2019 AAU Season.  If you would like your gymnast registered for these additional meets  – please make sure you have already filled out the google form.

Our first AAU meet will be in February. The total cost for AAU season, plus AAU fees will be $325.  This can be paid in one installment or two. The first installment is due by 1/1/19 for the amount of $175 and the second is due 2/1/19 for the amount of $150. 

AAU Regular Season Meets:
February 2-3 – Hub City – Marshfield, WI 

February 16-17 – Carnival Classic – Wildcard AAU & (possibly USAG)

March 30-31st – AMKM – Rockland, WI

*Everyone will be expected to do the Carnival Classic. If this is the only meet you will be doing the cost is $75 for AAU and $50 USAG (there is a possibility that we will not conduct both, but we will keep you posted). 

Additional Meets for AAU Season
These meets below are not part of the three meet package. We will collect sign-ups at a later date. There is no qualification score required to participate in any of these meets.

Central District/State Championship – Rockford, IL (approx. $100)

Midwest Regionals – Eau Claire, WI (approx. $150)

AAU Nationals – ESPN World Wide Sports – Disney – Florida (approx. $150-200)
