Good evening! We have our Winter break schedule for Girls’ Team!!!

December 21- Tentative Holiday Party at practice

December 22 – 26 No Girls’ Team

December 27 & 28- All Girls’ Team 4:30-7:30

December 29 – January 1- No Girls’ Team

January 2- Back to normal team practice schedule

All Team Practice Monday (20) & Tuesday (21)

No Practice Wednesday through Friday.

Good evening. We have decided to give the girls a break and not have practice this Friday, November 10, after such a grueling Fall meet season.

Now is the time to get ready for USAG STATE! Below is the list of coaches available for private lessons should you feel your gymnast needs a little extra help to prepare for this very exciting meet. State fees will be added to accounts and cards will be run next week MONDAY, NOVEMBER 13. It is important that you let us know NOW if you DO NOT want your athlete to participate in the USAG State Meet. Please email us at gymnastics@wildcard-gymnastics.com if you wish for us to NOT REGISTER your daughter TODAY.

There are 3 “classes” of coaches: 

Master:  Amy or Nadiya  $50/hr

Apprentice:  Maeggan, Crosbie, Melissa or Stephanie $40/hr

Instructor:  KK or Emily  $30/hr 

• Most coaches are proficient in ALL the routines and skills. 
• You must cancel any private lessons with 36 hour notice or you will be charged.  
• Please pay your coach directly with cash, venmo or check.  
• Money is due at the beginning of the lesson. 
• Sign up for as many privates as you want to get your gymnast caught up!!!

The Burghardt spirit wear fundraiser will be closing this Monday. Come cheer your favorite gymnasts on in Wildcard spirit wear or customize items to show even more support!

Nothing Bundt Cake orders are also due this Monday. Please turn in your form and ONE check made out to Wildcard Gymnastics, to the front desk, no later than this Monday, November 6th at 5 pm. Please mark your calendars for pick up on Wednesday November 15th from 4:30-6:30.

Come dine out with us this Sunday, November 5th at Noodles, at the corner of 124th and Capitol from 4-8pm

The entrance is located at the back of the school. Look for the bales of straw and balloons. There should be plenty of parking, however on Sunday, there is another event (Stir it Up) going on and their parking is in the front of the building.

Admissions is cash and there is no ATM available on site.

Adults: $10

Seniors: $8

Children (5-12): $8

Under 5: Free

Bathrooms are located quite a ways from the gymnastics area. We would suggest getting to the facility a few minutes early to use the restrooms.

Please take a look at this form and indicate whether your athlete(s) will be participating in AAU Season this Winter. THIS IS OPTIONALS SEASON. Level 5 and Optionals (levels 6-10) SHOULD BE PLANNING TO PARTICIPATE. We need responses by October 31, 2023. Thanks!

**Practice this Friday, October 27th will end at 6:30 due to many gymnasts having neighborhood Trick or Treating events.

***NO OPEN GYM THIS FRIDAY, OCTOBER 27TH OR SATURDAY, OCTOBER 28TH***

**Team Trick or Treat will be Tuesday, October 31st at Amy’s mom’s house. The address is 7127 W. Lloyd St. in Wauwatosa. (SE corner of 72nd and Lloyd St.). We will keep you posted as to times/further details when we know more information. It usually starts promptly at 6pm and goes until 8, so tentatively plan on meeting no later than 5:45. THERE IS NO TEAM PRACTICE OR RECREATIONAL CLASSES ON TUESDAY!!

**Team Halloween Party will be next Monday, October 30th. Practice will go from 4:30-5:30, and the party will be from 5:30-7pm. This is for all team (both girls and boys). Girls can wear a Halloween themed Leo, and boys can wear a Halloween themed shirt/shorts. Please also bring a costume to change into after practice for party activities!! Please also bring something to share based on the level of your gymnast:

Level 2- Beverages

Level 3- Salty Snacks

Level 4/5- Sweet Treats

Boys- Candy
