Hi everyone, just a reminder that the Google form and payment are due tomorrow.
Out of respect for everyone’s time, I will not be able to take individual photos for anyone who doesn’t have this form filled out and payment sent. Even if your child is not getting individual pictures and will only be in the team pic please use the form. That option is on there.

I’m doing my best to run this as smooth as possible, but right now only about 1/3 of team kids have done the form and paid.
Also, I have some forms sent, waiting on payment, if you need a reminder if you’ve paid or not plz lmk.
Im making my days schedule based off the google doc. https://forms.gle/HKCvDz5EB6PByuE19. If you have any questions you can text Me (Maria) at 262-853-3687

Good luck to our competing gymnasts this weekend at Scamps!

Here are five tips to tell your gymnast before competing:

1. Stay Focused: Concentrate on your routine and block out any distractions. Visualize yourself performing each move perfectly.
2. Warm Up Properly: Make sure to do a thorough warm-up to get your muscles ready and prevent injuries. Stretch well and do some light cardio.
3. Stay Positive: Keep a positive mindset. Remind yourself of your strengths and past successes. Confidence is key.
4. Breathe and Relax: Take deep breaths to calm your nerves. Relaxation techniques can help you stay composed and focused.
5. Trust Your Training: Remember all the hard work and practice you’ve put in. Trust your skills and let muscle memory take over.

Good luck Wildcard!
