It’s almost time for Picture Day! 🎉 I’m excited to be taking photos for our amazing athletes this year, and I want to make sure the process goes smoothly for everyone.

📅 Date: Saturday, September 7th, 2025
📍 Location: Wildcard Gymnastics
⏰ Full Team Picture: 12:00 PM sharp – If your gymnast is not there by noon, they will not be in the team photo.

Each athlete must be registered separately via this Google Form before Picture Day:

This ensures we have the correct package info, schedule, and details for each gymnast.

• Boys: 12:30 PM Group & Individual
• Level 2’s: 1:30 PM Group & Individual
• Level 3’s: 2:30 PM Group & Individual
• Levels 4+: 3:30 PM Group & Individual

💲 Packages

Base Team Package – $40

• Team photo (all gymnasts)
• Level group photo
• 1 individual portrait (poses only, no props)

Premium All-In Package – $65

• Team photo
• Level group photo
• 2–3 individual portraits (poses only, no props)

Add-ons are available such as extra portraits, sibling/bestie shots, prop shots, and more — full details are in the attached flyer.

Payment

Payments can be made via Venmo to @UpkeptKisses – please put your athlete’s name in the notes.

Parent & Communication Guidelines

• Please stay in your car while photos are being taken — this helps athletes relax and keeps the process moving.
• If you want to discuss poses, props, or other photo details, please contact me before Picture Day.

Makeup Day Option

The makeup day setup fee can also be used if:

• Your athlete is more comfortable in a calmer, less busy environment.
• You think they will need extra time for prop shots or special poses.

📢 Pro Tips:

• Have your gymnast arrive photo-ready with hair and uniform neat.
• If they have a favorite pose, practice ahead of time. If none is chosen, a standard “salute” will be taken.
• Props for prop shots must be provided by the gymnast.
