Tomorrow is looking to be a scorcher! We will still be holding practice, and want everyone to take a look at these tips to make practice a bit more comfortable for your athlete:

☀️ Hot Day Practice Tips

💧 Hydrate: Drink water before, during, and after practice. Add electrolytes if possible.

👕 Dress Light: Wear breathable clothes. Tank leos or crop tops help keep cool.

💦 Cool Down Tools: Bring a cold towel or frozen washcloth for breaks.

🍎 Eat Smart: Light snacks like fruit or yogurt work best before practice.

🧴 Rest & Recover: Take breaks seriously, and listen to your body—tell a coach if you feel off.

🌡️ Be Flexible: Coaches may adjust practice for safety. Thanks for understanding!
