The Mountain Bar System is a versatile training tool designed to help gymnasts build strength, improve skills, and gain confidence on the bars. It consists of adjustable bars that can be set at different heights, allowing athletes of all levels to practice everything from basic swings to advanced releases in a safe and controlled environment.

This system is especially beneficial for developing upper body strength, refining technique, and progressing toward higher-level bar skills. By adding this equipment to Wildcard Gymnastics, we can provide our athletes with more training opportunities and help them reach their full potential!
