Reminder: no practice tonight

Reminder: no practice due to water shut off. Athlete can get an open gym pass from the front desk.

Here are some things you and/or your athlete can do to stay fresh and focused, especially with the upcoming meet this weekend.

  1. Stretching and Conditioning: Engage in flexibility routines and light conditioning exercises to maintain strength and flexibility.
  2. Visualization Techniques: Spend time visualizing routines and movements to reinforce muscle memory and boost confidence.
  3. Nutrition Prep: Plan and prepare healthy meals and snacks to ensure optimal energy levels leading up to the meet.
  4. Mindfulness and Relaxation: Practice mindfulness or meditation exercises to help reduce anxiety and improve focus.
  5. Review Technique Videos: Watch recordings of past routines or instructional videos to analyze performance and identify areas for improvement. You can find all women’s routines right here on the blog site!

These activities can help keep athletes engaged and ready for competition!
