- Stay Positive: Keep a positive mindset. Remind yourself of your strengths and past successes. Confidence is key.
- Breathe and Relax: Take deep breaths to calm your nerves. Relaxation techniques can help you stay composed and focused.
- Trust Your Training: Remember all the hard work and practice you’ve put in. Trust your skills and let muscle memory take over.
