Practice this Friday, April 28th will be from 4:30 to 5:30 for all gymnasts heading to AAU State this weekend. We will be doing a very quick warm up followed by a short review/practice of routines. Please make sure your gymnast is HERE AND READY TO PRACTICE by 4:30, as we will be getting to work right away. If your gymnast will not be competing this weekend or you are not leaving Friday night, practice will go from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Go AAU State Competitors!
