A few notes…

*Beginning Nov. 1, ALL Fast Track should come to Friday practices from 4:30-7:30pm

*Oct. 22, only gymnasts competing at the Altius Harvest Classic meet should attend practice. Please see the previous post with the meet schedule. There is open gym from 8:30-10pm, if anyone wants to come to that (not those competing Saturday, please get your rest).

*Oct. 29 – No practice HAPPY HALLOWEEN!
