Thursday 9:00am – noon p.m. Open Workout Style *unless we have enough coaches
(I believe Boys are working out in the evening with Mr. Ben but can come in the morning if they are going to work too).
Friday – 4:30-8:30 p.m. PRACTICE is REGULAR GIRLS TEAM PRACTICE
